How it works

  1. The patient receives an email or SMS message inviting them to complete our HiP Express Check-in.
  2. Your practice may add one or more pre-screeners questionnaires to this process.
  3. The patient answers the pre-screener questions.

If one of the patient’s answers indicates a potential risk to the patient or even your practice (think health issue or financial issue), the patient is flagged on your dashboard.

You can click on the red flag icon to view the patient’s responses to your questions and follow-up with the patient as necessary.
