The agreement requires 36 paid months with Health iPASS, beginning May 1, 2027. The promotional period does not count toward that commitment.
Normal payment processing fees apply throughout the promotional period. Hardware and third-party or pass-through costs are billed normally. Standard implementation fees may be waived where commercially reasonable, and unusual or custom implementation expenses may be excluded. Applicable charges and any implementation fee waiver are documented in your agreement.
