The 2018 HealthiPASS Social Responsibility project
A few years ago as I was walking the Exhibit Hall floor at the annual HIMSS convention, I came across a company who was promoting a "social responsibility" project where their staff was donating time to a local YMCA to help build a playground. I was really impressed by their ability to give back to their community through this volunteering effort and today I am happy to announce that HealthiPASS is officially launching our own 2018 corporate social responsibility project to help support a local Chicago charity.
All too often we get so wrapped up in achieving our goals and hitting our personal targets that we forget about what I consider to be an inherent human responsibility - helping those less fortunate than us. Hey, I understand. With the glut of information bombarding us at every turn and the breakneck pace we live our lives, who can blame us for being distracted about the things that matter the most?
With that said, I am proud to announce that during the 2018 calendar year, HealthiPASS will make a donation to The Greater Chicago Food Depository for every demo scheduled and performed during a trade show, and an extra donation for every customer who adopts the HealthiPASS patient payment solution. Here are the details:
- For every demo scheduled and performed at our booth during the 2018 trade show and convention season, we will donate $25 to The Greater Chicago Food Depository
- For every prospect that schedules a follow up meeting with HealthiPASS after the demo we will donate $50 to The Greater Chicago Food Depository
- For every prospect that adopts the HealthiPASS patient payment solution, we will donate $250 to The Greater Chicago Food Depository
The Greater Chicago Food Depository distributed nearly 72 million pounds of food in 2017, the equivalent of 164,000 meals a day. We support their efforts to eradicate hunger in the Chicago metro area and celebrate their innate ability to treat others, no matter who they are, with the respect and love they deserve.
Our social responsibility project will not manifest without your help, and what better timing than now to consider adopting a patient-centric payment solution that has proven to help reduce denied claims, assure and accelerate collections, and bring price transparency to the patient payment experience. I hope you will consider scheduling a time to visit us at an upcoming trade show to see a demo,
Our first trade show of the year is the Association of Dermatology Administrators and Managers (ADAM) from February 12 - 14 in San Diego, CA. If you would like to schedule a demo please click here. We hope to see you at our Table (#14) at the ADAM conference in February and thank you for helping us to support The Greater Chicago Food Depository!
