Don’t you just love it when a plan comes together? We sure do! That’s why we are extra pumped that our Health iPASS First Inaugural User Group Meeting was such a rousing success! With nearly 50 attendees including current and prospective users, sponsors, and partners, the Crystal Room in the beautiful Palmer House Hilton was abuzz with activity as we heard feedback on the Health iPASS solution from our users and shared an array of exciting new features.
We kicked things off on Thursday, August 8th with a Client Advisory Council Meeting, made up of our current users who really want to be part of the continuing development and improvement of our product. (Psst…if this sounds like you, reach out to your friendly neighborhood Client Success Manager to find out more). All attendees then gathered for a cocktail reception where they enjoyed the artistic stylings of our caricature artist, then split into groups for a night on the town. Chicago in summer is a magical place, and we were blessed with fantastic weather. A good time was most definitely had by all.
On Friday, August 9th, it was time to really get down to business. After breakfast, we had an entertaining keynote speech by Steve Mcmichael, and then another very informative presentation by Mitchell Petersen of Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Our VP of Product and Director of Client Success Ryan Navaratil waxed poetic about the new and improved features our team has been creating. Our amazing sponsors, Healthcare Information Services(HIS) and Professional Office Services (POS) explained to our attendees more about how their products and services complement those provided by Health iPASS. We heard some insights on how to best use Health iPASS analytics from our Client Success team, and our COO Imran Ahmad led a card-on-file workshop. We capped off the day with a gourmet dinner at Gibson’s Steakhouse.
All in all, all of us at Health iPASS felt it was a great two days! So far, the feedback from attendees has been encouraging, with many people telling us that they not only learned a lot, but also enjoyed interacting with our team and other users. We’d like to thank all those who attended and sponsored, and we look forward to many more User Group Meetings to come.
